A general implementation of AbstractFileDescriptorTypeRestriction which returns EFileTypes.WORKSPACE_FILE, EFileTypes.INPUT_STREAM and EFileTypes.LOCAL_FILE as file types.

This class is NOT intended to be extended by a client.
